Summary:
Process Pre-Approval (“PA”) and Post Claim Review (“PCR”) functions for the Warranty and Goodwill Repair as outlined by client’s policy and procedures.
What Your Day-to- Day Responsibilities Include:

Review and process pre approvals and warranty claims in accordance to the manufacture policy and procedures

Ensure quality standards and customer satisfaction goals are being met or exceeded through the daily management, support and leadership from the Lead Representative and Supervisor

Liaise with client personnel at all levels

Pre-approves warranty repair requests
-
Ensure approved diagnostic routines are followed and proper documentation is presented

Types of repairs include engine, transmission, and goodwill

Process repair claims that require review for payment to dealer

Understand why claims went into review
-
Validate claims coding for proper causal part, labor op codes and parts

Assist dealer phone calls and respond to dealer email inquiries

Send corrective action to the team leaders and the individual

Utilize and develop Excel worksheets and templates to increase efficiency

Create PowerPoint presentations for department meetings
-
Current topics or helpful information for team knowledge
What you bring:
-
Excellent oral and written communication skill
-
Excellent problem solving skills
-
Minimum 0-1 years of experience in automotive related field
-
Minimum 1-2 years of experience with Microsoft office
-
Experience with MS Excel formulas and macros as well as creating reports
-
Experience in creating PowerPoint presentations
-
Experience in a customer service environment a plus

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Reporting – Overall:
-
Report to Group Leader / Team Leader / Project Management

Internal - Liaise with all the Company personnel
-
External - Liaise with Customer and Customer Dealerships staff, and specialist warranty and technical data sources
