Keep reading below to see what we’re looking for!</p> <p><strong>About the team and position</strong></p> <p>The Manager, Parts (Central) is a central analytics and strategy role responsible for managing the parts business across all 7 sites, as well as supporting parts needs for Carvana inspection centers (ICs) as part of the broader Fixed Ops supply chain. This role owns the high-level inventory management strategy, ordering algorithms, stocking levels, pricing, returns, and network-wide vendor relationships. Success in this role is distinct from the on-site Parts Lead, who manages the physical flow of parts at each individual location.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>What you’ll be doing</strong></p> <ul> <li>Own parts inventory strategy across the network—determine what to stock, where, and in what quantities.</li> <li>Manage ordering processes, reorder points, and stocking levels to maximize parts availability while minimizing carrying cost and obsolescence.</li> <li>Set and manage parts pricing in coordination with the Strategy &amp; Analytics Sr. Manager.</li> <li>Manage vendor relationships—negotiate pricing, evaluate supplier performance, and ensure a reliable supply chain.</li> <li>Own the central parts returns process to minimize dead stock and maximize financial recovery on unused parts.</li> <li>Support IC (inspection center) parts needs as part of the broader Fixed Ops supply chain network.</li> <li>Analyze parts attach rates, gross margin by category, and shrinkage to systematically identify and execute opportunities to improve.</li> <li>Provide strategic guidance and best practices to on-site Parts Leads regarding stocking optimization and process compliance.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What you should have</strong></p> <ul> <li>Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in supply chain, central inventory management, analytics, or strategy roles (automotive or parts industry experi
