Therapist, Physical - Inpatient

About the role

The Physical Therapist – Inpatient will assess, plan, organize, and participate in rehabilitative programs that improve mobility, function, relieve pain, increase strength, and decrease or prevent deformity of patients suffering from diseases or injury. Assigned duties within the Physical Therapy Department.

Work Schedule: 

32 hrs weekly / .8 FTE Weekdays, one weekend per month, 1-2 holidays/year

Required Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program 
  • Current licensure with Minnesota and Wisconsin Board of Physical Therapy
  • Current BLS – American Heart Association or BLS – American Red Cross (CPR/AED for Professional Rescuer & Health Care Provider)
  • Good customer service and patient care skills 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1 year experience in acute care hospital and orthopedic experience
