We are seeking an experienced Senior Lead SEC Reporting Accountant t to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SEC reporting requirements, be able to work independently and collaboratively, and have exceptional attention to detail.

Please note employees work 3 days onsite and 2 days remote. Candidates must live within a commutable distance to the corporate site in Wilmington, DE
Your Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and assist in filing timely and accurate SEC reports (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K) and other required filings
Collaborate with other departments such as Accounting, Legal, Tax, Treasury, Communications, and Investor Relations to coordinate the preparation and review of quarterly earnings materials
Oversees the preparation of and review of employee benefit plan financial statements
Maintain a thorough understanding of SEC rules and regulations associate
