Overview
This is an exciting opportunity to become the right-hand support to a busy practice owner, taking ownership of critical business operations that directly impact the practice's success. You'll work in a dynamic healthcare environment where no two days are the same, handling everything from strategic planning support to daily administrative excellence. Responsibilities
- Manage comprehensive email correspondence and coordinate complex calendar scheduling
- Seamlessly integrate meeting coordination between EHR systems (Athena Health) and calendar platforms
- Maintain organized business files, documents, and employee records with attention to detail
- Research and source products and vendors for practice events and special initiatives
- Create professional training documents and materials using information provided by leadership
- Participate in strategic meetings to gather first-hand information and contribute insights
- Handle diverse ad-hoc business projects that support practice growth and efficiency
- Provide independent problem-solving support for various business operations and challenges
- Minimum 3 years of administrative or executive assistant experience with proven track record
- Strong proficiency with Google Workspace, Excel, and ability to learn new software systems quickly
- Healthcare or medical practice experience strongly preferred
- Executive assistant background preferred for enhanced independent thinking and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
- Comfortable with technology and eager to master new systems (comprehensive Athena Health EHR training provided)
- Full-time availability and commitment to working exclusively with one dedicated client
- Proactive mindset with ability to anticipate needs and take initiative on projects
