Job Description Summary

The Maintenance Technician provides support and is accountable for delivering on our commitments to our client.

Work schedule does require working alternating Saturdays.

Job Description

• Require the ability to read/understand prints/diagrams for buildings and equipment.
• The ability to perform repairs and maintenance in plumbing, HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, and general mechanical maintenance without supervision.
• Familiarity with codes applicable to field and industry.
• Working knowledge of hand tools pertinent to trade(s).
• Installs, repairs and maintains electrical controls, switching and motor controls.
• Wires single and three phase motors.
• Skills in maintaining facilities, equipment, and tools.
• Ability to troubleshoot, identify the problem, determine the cause and repair as needed
• Working knowledge and experience with multiple hand tools and power tools.

• 2 yrs HVAC
• 1 yr maintenanc
