(Senior) Controller (Fintech, Private Equity) (f/m/x)

In this role, you will:
- Provide profound financial
analysis to the Head of Finance and other members of the management team on a
regular basis and in close cooperation with the Accounting function
- Prepare business plans and
financial modelling with implications on the company´s strategy, pricing, new
products and business models
- Drive forward the development
of the new controlling framework, introduce continuous improvements to the
controlling processes with a high degree of personal responsibility and reflect
them in a new accounting/ ERP system
- Prepare monthly shareholder
reporting, liquidity planning, ARR and revenue reports, forecast and budget analysis
- Consolidate financial data
for all legal entities of the group
- Support digitalization of the
Finance function and report directly to the Head of Finance
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of Controlling or consulting experience in
global organizations with various internal and external stakeholders
- A profound understanding of business contexts and strong
analytical skills
- Master’s Degree (Finance, Economics, Accounting) preferred
- Strong technical skills, including power query experience
- Ability to analyze financial data fast and efficiently, proficiency
with accounting topics and controlling frameworks
- Interest in building analysis frameworks, and standardization of
analysis methodology and company-wide processes
- Excellent English language skills, German knowledge advantageous
