Hotel Interactive, a part of Emerald, builds communities by connecting buying Executives and Suppliers to build relationships and business partnerships for a variety of industries. We produce Events that are unique in that they are high touch, personalized and formatted with focused meetings based on mutual interest and an entire agenda designed to maximize business.
As an Event Experience Executive, you will independently manage and complete the necessary steps to prepare, execute and provide follow-up to dynamic Hosted Buyer Events.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional service to our customers to ensure that they are aligned to succeed.
- Work collaboratively with cross functional Teams to ensure all details related to the hosted buyer registration and on-site experience are carefully thought through and executed.
- Independently manage the logistics for multiple Events on defined timelines (includes travel and internal registration deadlines).
- Maintain accurate data in tracking documents and CRM database
- Participate in team meetings pre-and post-Events. Monitor timeline and ensure all event deliverables are on track. Offer support to others when time is available.
- Liaise with vendors, partners, and attendees through the planning process.
- Use a consultative approach to build customer relationships and provide white-glove account management pre-event, onsite, and post-event. This includes setting event expectations with Buying Executives and providing a steady stream of information to ensure their needs are met.

Qualifications
- Team player who enjoys working with multiple people to achieve results.
- Strong project management and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, problem solving, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- Thorough working knowledge of Office, Excel, Outlook (Microsoft Access and Salesforce experience a plus)
- Customer Service Experience
- Experience working in live event/event production is a plus.
- The ability to excel in a busy deadline driven environment.
- Task orientated, ability to focus on time-sensitive deliverables leading up to an Event.
- Enthusiastic, proactive, have integrity, work collaboratively, and propose solutions to opportunities that arise
- Willingness and excitement to travel approximately 15 times per year to premier resorts across the U.S. and beyond (five nights per event, Friday – Wednesday)

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Target Compensation: $60,000-65,000
Please note that this range reflects a reasonable estimate of the target compensation for this position. This range may ultimately vary based on a candidate’s qualifications and may be higher where required by applicable law.
