Junior Trade Marketing Manager (Poland)
We are currently recruiting for a Junior Trade Marketing Manager to join our local team in Poland. The successful candidate will contribute to the implementation and management of Trade Marketing policies across all channels (Retail offline & online, HoReCa and OCS/Vending).
�� Your day-to-day activities:
- Formulate and execute annual promotional and merchandising plans to enhance market presence and growth across all channels
- Align trade marketing strategies with market trends and brand communication.
- Develop supportive tools for Lavazza's expansion across all distribution channels.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and evaluate promotional initiatives.
- Coordinate with distributors for effective implementation of marketing tools at the point of sale (POS).
- Key stakeholder management (distributors, agencies, HQ functions)
- Market visits, trade fairs and competitor benchmarking
�� Who we’re looking for
- Educated to degree level;
- 2-3 years experience in marketing / trade marketing with direct responsibility for projects in Retail in large
- international organizations
- Experience with HoReCa or Vending channel will be considered a definite plus
- Excellent command of English and Polish and strong verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to learn and develop with the role
- Strongly analytical, flexible and openminded approach
The position is based in Poland with some remote working
