We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Business Analyst to join our team in Worcester. You will collaborate with business colleagues by providing BA services as part of project and product delivery teams. The Business Analysis function is responsible for supporting the organisation in identifying its' needs and translating them into achievable technology outcomes. You will be at the forefront of understanding and delivery with the mission of helping teams realise value driven improvements. The role of Technology Business Analyst will include:
- Working with internal and external customers to document user and customer requirements using a range of user and customer research methods
- Deliver and support the production of requirements business process mapping and modelling and general technology related consultancy requiring analytical support
- Partner with internal and external customers to support the capture and modelling of business process, performing root cause analysis to support in making Sanctuary's operations more efficient and robust
- Creation and support of design artefacts and protypes as required to ensure solutions meet user needs, working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the wider implementation of service and product improvements are effective and aligned to the Groups values and objectives
- Support Technology testers and operations teams in their testing and preparation for adopting a solution prior to its deployment and during transition into service
- Manage relationships, communicate effectively and maintain good working relationships with customers and stakeholders, identifying any shortfalls in service delivery and ensure they are dealt with appropriately, escalating issues where appropriate
- Contribute, as appropriate, to special programmes and projects in support of the Group's values and objectives
Skills and experiences:
- Proven experience in undertaking business analysis
- Experience of systems implementation and optimisation
- Proven experience of working to deadlines and prioritising workloads
- Experience of troubleshooting complex technical queries
- Experience of liaising with external suppliers to resolve issues
- Proven experience in continuous service improvement i.e. Business process mapping and modelling
- Experience of producing and maintaining documented processes and procedures
