We’re seeking a Customer Supporter to join our team at Noble House, to make a real difference to the lives of our customers.  Located in Sanctuary Grove, Noble House is a purpose-built community on the outskirts of Worcester, providing apartments and communal facilities for people that are 55 or over, or have long-term care needs.

The role of Customer Supporter will include:

  • Providing front of house reception duties
  • Developing innovative and varied individual and group activities
  • Promoting and evaluating activities for customers, enabling them to reach their own potential
  • Assisting and encouraging customers to access and maintain a level of integration into the wider community
  • Working with other staff to ensure a clean and comfortable environment is maintained
  • Escorting customers to off site appointments, such as GP visits

 

Skills and experiences:

  • Experience of developing and leading customer involvement activities
  • Previous experience working with a similar customer group is desirable
  • Good interpersonal and customer care skills
  • Experience with working to deadlines and prioritising work loads
  • Basic Microsoft Word and Excel skills
  • NVQ2 in Health and Social Care, or willing to work towards
  • Literacy and numeracy equivalent to at least GCSE Grade C English and Maths
