Business Function Analyst for Sales

Role summary:

As part of the SAP Center of Excellence you will support the business as a change keeper. As part of ensuring that change is sustainable your focus will be to ensure that change has been adopted by local organizations where SAP was implemented. Developing and measuring standard metrics, as well as identify opportunities for improvement while monitoring the new process to ensure it works as intended will be part of your daily routine. 

 

Your responsibilities will be:

• Assess adoption and proficiency of changes within the organization in compliance with SAP CoE change management approach and methodology.
• Conduct business reviews with local team and drive the execution of action plans toward continuous improvement.
• Provide direct support and coaching to the change network (Super Users, Key Users) guaranteeing the learning curve is well addressed.
• Facilitate change management activities with local team and cross- functional team members to ensure the implemented enterprise business model is sustainable.

 

This role will suit you if you have the following:

• Degree in Engineering, Management or similar preferred
• Commercial experience/ Administration Apprenticeship
• Good knowledge of sales procedures in SAP.
• Preferred experience in Intragroup/procurement processes.
• Support users in sales related incidents on daily basis
• Well-organized and result driven with great problem-solving skills.
• Experience in Microsoft Tools
• Fluency in English 
• Strong communication, influence decision – making skillset.
• Ability to manage priorities and deliver on time.
• Team Player
• Project Management 
• Willingness to travel up to 50% (e.g. Plant visits)
• The SAP Sales specialist is responsible for supporting the SAP development and deployment activities.
• Creation of business process flows and work instructions for end users.
• Working closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to enhance system performance.
• For new functional developments, based on functional requirements as provided by Business, the SAP Sales specialist will write the Business Blueprint Documents and/or the Function Design Documents.
