Junior Data Analyst (Automation)

Your key responsibilities as an Data Automation Analyst will include:

• Designing, creating, and maintaining schemas and processes within ETL software to support automated data workflows
• Performing regular data checks, validation, and clean-up activities to ensure high levels of data accuracy and integrity
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve ETL-related queries, including data uploads, FTP processing, and workflow issues
• Transforming client data from various formats into structured outputs ready for onward processing into databases
• Identifying opportunities to streamline processes and reduce manual intervention within data workflows
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues efficiently to maintain high service and delivery standards

You will need the following experience and skills to join us as an Data Automation Analyst:

• You are fluent in written and spoken English and communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• You have strong attention to detail with a clear focus on accuracy and data quality
• You demonstrate good analytical and problem-solving skills and enjoy working with structured data
• You have a good working knowledge of MS O365 tools, particularly Excel
• You are motivated to learn new concepts, tools, and processes in a data-driven environment
