Facility Grounds Technician - Seasonal

Position Specific Description 

Responsible for the cultivation and care of the landscaping and grounds surrounding the Company property. Mows, pulls weeds, repairs structures, seeds, landscapes, and maintains outside of building.  Perform grounds keeping and building cleaning duties such as: 

 

Job Duties and Responsibilities 

• Mow lawn and vegetation either by hand or using a riding lawnmower or specialized mower. Cut lawn using hand, power trimmer, or riding mower and trim and edge around walks, flower beds, walls, and facility components.  

• Perform duties in accordance with the Company's safety rules and operating regulations and practices. 

• Complete any reports and forms used in connection with the performance of duties. 

 

Required for Position  

• High School Grad / GED  

• Valid Driver’s License (NON CDL) 

• DOT Physical required for truck pulling mowing equipment (Combination is above 10,000lbs) 

• Employees must successfully pass all offered training requirements to qualify
