The Opportunity:

We are growing rapidly and looking for a Junior Business Data Analyst to join our team. Business and Data Analysts at LG Ad Solutions work on a range of domains spanning Digital Campaign Management, Product Strategy and Business Intelligence, Media Planning and Sales and Marketing Analytics for a growing portfolio of customers, which significantly impact our business and the success of our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Collect data from various sources, including databases, spreadsheets, and external systems.

• Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and correlations.

• Create visualizations such as charts, graphs, and heat maps to communicate complex data in a clear and concise manner.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and tailor visualizations to meet their needs.

• Partner with business units and clients to understand their objectives and challenges.

• Generate actionable recommendations based on data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Analytics, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret datasets and extract actionable insights.

• Knowledge with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.

• Excellent communication skills 

• Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
