VP Product Management/Technology Platform

The automotive markets Holman serves include fleet management and leasing; vehicle fabrication and upfitting; component manufacturing and productivity solutions; powertrain distribution and logistics services; commercial and personal insurance and risk management; and retail automotive sales as one of the largest privately owned dealership groups in the United States.

As part of Holman’s leadership team, the Vice President of Product Management/Technology Platform will:

•Define and evangelize the multi-year Product roadmap, ensuring that teams are focused on high-priority areas that drive continuous innovation and growth for the company.

•Rebuild, up-level, and up-skill the Product Management team with a focus on operational excellence and continuous development.

•Champion execution excellence within the team and in the Product organization more broadly; collaborate with 150+ engineering peers to ensure tight alignment on priorities and release cycles.

•Lead Product Management, UX, and Business Analysis teams to interface with all aspects of the Fleet Management business, with a focus on deeply understanding employee and customer needs.

•Hire, mentor, and grow the capabilities of the Product Management team, championing a culture of ownership, collaboration, and results orientation.

•Oversee multiple parallel work streams in a fast-paced, agile environment, align them with business priorities and deadlines, and help continuously raise the bar on execution.

•Inspire and motivate the various IT and Business teams and stakeholders to get everyone moving in the same strategic direction.

Qualifications:

15+ years of Product Management leadership experience, ideally in a complex international environment.
• 10+ years of experience hiring, leading, mentoring, and growing high-performing Product teams.
• Track record of success putting in place the processes, metrics, and tools to drive a forward-thinking
Product management team with a focus on efficiency and world-class delivery.
• Direct hands-on experience working with Engineering teams to clearly scope, define, detail and prioritize
product requirements.
• Demonstrated success developing and launching complex software products.
• Management experience reporting metrics, setting standards/guidelines, implementing process
improvements, and driving team performance and management.
• Expertise in leading, defining, and managing complex solutions portfolios and platforms that are globally
scalable.
• Ability to deconstruct industry and competitor trends to inform roadmaps.
• Strong executive presence with outstanding communication/presentation skills (verbal and written).
• High degree of comfort effectively presenting to executive staff, key stakeholders, and large teams.
• Passion for quality and commitment to creating engaging, intuitive experiences.
• Ability to energize and influence staff across functions, levels and geographies.
• Strong interpersonal and talent management skills, including the ability to identify and develop talent
