Project Controls Engineer

Position: Project Controls Engineer - On-Site
This opportunity allows you to be part of a leading team of professionals working on critical construction projects. As a Project Controls Engineer, you will contribute to keeping large-scale data center projects in Virginia on time and within budget by developing and managing project control systems and Critical Path Method (CPM) schedules throughout the project lifecycle.

• Requirements:
• 2+ years of scheduling experience with data center projects.
• Strong knowledge of cost engineering, scheduling, and delay analysis principles.
• Familiarity with construction methods, means, and sequences.
• Expertise in Critical Path Method scheduling and its application in project management.
• Ability to interpret construction documents such as drawings, specifications, and contracts.
• Experience in reviewing RFPs and RFIs.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
