A Day in the Life

We are seeking a dynamic, digitally savvy Senior Administrative Partner to provide advanced organizational and operational support to leadership and cross-functional teams. This role goes well beyond traditional administrative support — it is a highly visible position that drives efficiency, enables leaders to operate at scale, and strengthens operational excellence across the organization.

The ideal candidate is ultra-organized, tech-forward, AI-fluent, and energized by finding smarter, faster ways to work. This is a full-time position based in the Atlanta area, with an expectation to work on-site 3–4 days per week and the flexibility to work remotely on remaining days.

This position is an exciting opportunity to work with Medtronic's Diabetes business. Medtronic has announced its intention to separate the Diabetes division to promote future growth and innovation within the business and reallocate investments and resources across Medtronic, subject to applicable information and consultation requirements. This separation provides our team with a bold opportunity to unleash our potential, enabling us to operate with greater speed and agility. As a separate entity, we anticipate leveraging increased investments to drive meaningful innovation and enhance our impact on patient care.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide comprehensive executive-level support, including drafting communications and managing complex, shifting calendars

  • Coordinate meetings, offsites, and conferences with precision and attention to detail

  • Seamlessly manage domestic and international travel logistics and expense submissions — efficiently and proactively

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials to support leadership decisions

  • Administer inter-departmental programs and special assignments

  • Maintain structured filing and documentation systems

  • Lead or support cross-functional initiatives

  • Provide guidance to junior administrative staff as needed

  • Identify process inefficiencies and recommend system or workflow enhancements

  • Operate with a high degree of autonomy on complex assignments

  • Act as a trusted partner on sensitive or confidential matters

  • Leverage digital tools and AI to streamline processes and increase productivity

  • Improve workflows and administrative systems to drive measurable efficiency gains

  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations while continuously elevating standards

Minimum Requirement

  • 6+ years of progressive administrative experience

  • Advanced practical knowledge of administrative best practices
