Job Summary

Langan is seeking an Administrative Intern to join its collaborative team in San Francisco, CA. This individual will serve a key function in providing administrative assistance to a diverse office of technical professionals. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work directly with office leadership and deliver on projects that require initiative, prioritization and organization skills.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide general office support for scanning, filing, photocopying and merging documents;
  • Support office leadership and technical teams leveraging outstanding organizational skills, self-motivation, and prioritization of multiple tasks effectively and efficiently; and
  • Provide additional administrative support as needed.

Qualifications

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Adobe Acrobat strongly desired;
  • Ability to work independently;
  • Strong attention to detail;
  • Sound judgment capability and ability to maintain confidentiality; and
  • Ability to multi-task.

Base Hourly Rate: $19.00/hr. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as related work experience, market conditions, education/training, certifications and other credentials, as well as applicable knowledge and skills.

This position is also eligible for overtime.
