Your Impact
• Greet prospects, provide tours, and secure leases

• Maintain organized files and ensure units are tour-ready
• Respond to inquiries and support resident needs
• Assist with social media engagement and community outreach
• Support daily property operations and inspections

Qualifications
• Customer service or sales experience required; leasing preferred
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficient in computer applications (Entrata a plus)
• Professional presentation and reliability
• Ability to walk property, climb stairs, and lift up to 25 lbs
• Availability to work Saturdays
