Job Description

In this varied role, you will take responsibility to lead end-to-end IT, digitalization or transformation projects or programs at our customers' site. 

This is what your workday could look like:

• Manage deliverables in time, quality and budget across the whole project or program lifecycle 
• Responsibility for project/program agendas in the classic as well as agile environment (e.g. product roadmap)
• Identification and support the client to understand the business model, value and value proposition
• Develop scope and define backlog items (epics, features, user stories) tht guide the agile software development team
• Monitor project/program progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders
• Work closely with product management and senior management in order to create a product that fits the company portfolio
• Mitigate risks and resolve issues to ensure the successful delivery of projects on time and within scope

Qualifications

• Completed education in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
• Minimum of 7 years of proven experience as an IT Project Manager, managing complex projects from initiation to completion
• Knowledge in the application of classical as well as agile project methodologies 
• Certifications in project management standards (e.g. IPMA, PMI, Scrum)
• The ability and pleasure to work independently, proactively, and with fun
• Business fluent in German and English
