APRN/PA-C Opportunity – Outpatient Primary Care (Lake City, FL)

SIMEDHealth is seeking a full-time APRN or PA-C to join our Primary Care office in Lake City, FL. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a collaborative, patient-centered environment alongside an experienced Family Medicine team.

Position Highlights:

• Outpatient Role – Monday through Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM.
• Work with a dedicated team providing high-quality preventive, acute, and chronic care to a diverse patient population.

Qualifications:
