Senior HR Business Partner

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field and at least five (5) years of progressive HR experience in a HR Generalist or HR Business Partner role.
• Prior experience supporting a workforce in a manufacturing/distribution environment. 
• Proven experience in human resources with a comprehensive understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.

• Strong business acumen and ability to align HR strategies with business objectives.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional guidance and coaching skills.

Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $77,200- 115,800 Annualized
Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. Tennant Co. reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualifications of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.  
Total Compensation = Base Salary + Benefits
