As our Technical Business Analyst, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, collaborating with stakeholders, and transforming these requirements into deployable solutions. You will also project work by maintaining detailed connections with IT developers and assessing the impact of changes, providing essential technical support to project managers to aid in implementing strategic decisions.

You will bring 3+ years of progressive and successful experience in analyzing business requirements and transforming them into technical solutions to KONE. You will use the knowledge gained through your bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (equivalent experience is acceptable in lieu of a degree, with 5+ years of relevant experience).

Additional Requirements:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in analyzing business requirements and transforming them into technical solutions.
• Proven experience in working with ERP systems, databases, and service tools.
• Strong understanding of both business processes and technical systems to effectively bridge the gap between stakeholders and IT developers.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and IT developers.
• In-depth understanding of business processes and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Ability to assess the impact of changes on business operations and IT systems.
• Proactive and adaptable approach to managing project requirements and changes.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in English.
