What Your Day-To-Day Looks Like (Position Responsibilities):

• Serve as the subject matter expert for database management and strategy.
• Lead the design and implementation of advanced database solutions.
• Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to the database team.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in database management.

What You Need to Succeed (Minimum Requirements):

• Top Secret Clearance is Required
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in database administration (SME)
• 5+years of experience in database administration (senior).
• 3-5 years of experience in database administration (mid).
• Expert knowledge of SQL, database management systems, and performance tuning.
• Exceptional leadership and strategic thinking skills.
