As Sr. Data Expert within PNC's Anti-Money Laundering Analytics organization, you can be based remotely in Pennsylvania or Virginia.

This is a remote position. Work may be performed from a quiet, confidential space in a home location, approved by PNC. This position may not be available in all geographic locations.


• Leads the analytics processes across multiple functions or business units leveraging an array of complex analytical tools to create data driven solutions.
• Conceptualizing, developing and continuously optimizing analytical and operational solutions for investigative operations and executive management to enable data driven decision making.
• Analyze results and make recommendations for key business partners and senior management or communicate conclusions from complex analytical solutions to a wide range of audiences
• Oversees data assets that are in compliance with data governance, data lineage and data quality standards, policies and processes. Develops strategies for data implementation, data acquisition, and archive recovery.
• Develops strategies and processes for data implementation, data acquisition, execution, reporting and archive recovery.

Skills/Experience
• Customer Due Diligence / Know Your Customer (KYC), Customer Risk Rating (CRR)
• Data Quality Management and Analysis
• Prior experience with Oracle Mantas preferred but not required.
• Working knowledge of SQL, Python, Hadoop, Oracle and Teradata databases
•Strong communication skills and ability to connect technical and business resources together at all levels of the organization

Job Description

  • Oversees data assets that are in compliance with data governance standards, policies and processes. Develops strategies for data implementation, data acquisition, and archive recovery.
  • Advises business, applications and operations counterparts to ensure data integrity and availability.
  • Structures the environment and creates logical storage units especially for size and physical locations, to map database elements into logical units.
  • Develops strategies and processes for data implementation, data acquisition, execution, reporting and archive recovery.
  • Resolves data integration and security issues for adherence to the organization's quality standards.
