About the role

Compliance Tracking Admin


PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Provide training and support to new and existing Compliance Tracking users (partners, vendors, carriers, agents, etc.)
  • Monitor request for support and identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Provide timely responses to users requesting assistance (typically less than 1 hour)

JOB SUMMARY:

  • Provide training and general day to day support for Clients/Vendors/Carriers/Capstone Assocites using the Compliance Tracking Tool.
    • Process new user applications creating user profiles and modifying settings as required.
    • Configure violations, exemptions, vendor #s, permissions, etc.
    • Investigate partner/internal issues and follow through until completion.
    • Triage and resolve software/hardware issues notified from the field.
    • Support Tier 1 with their unresolved issues and hold Tier 3 responsible for execution through effective prioritization on incident/bug remediation.
    • Participate in weekly client calls giving updates on issues and relaying inbound requests up to the Product Owner.
  • Lead & support new client or site onboarding efforts – host demos, training sessions, create/provide process documentation, etc.
  • Monitor and track telephone and email requests for assistance, identifying target areas for improvement.
  • Prepare/Assist in preparation of weekly/monthly reports
Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Proven experience in providing high levels of customer service to internal and external customers
  • Strong organization, prioritizing and multi-tasking skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Sitting for long periods of time
  • Typing- capable of responding effectively to 300+ Emails daily
  • Ability to lift 30 lbs. (Laptop and case)
  • Good written/verbal communication skills
  • Travel Requirements: Minimal - Less than 10%

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

  • Associate Degree or equivalent from two-year College or technical school or one or more years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Transportation/Logistics Management experience preferred.
