Your day-to-day responsibilities will include overseeing maintenance staff, coordinating repairs and maintenance activities, and managing work orders efficiently. You’ll be the go-to person, organizing tasks in a fast-paced setting while fostering a positive atmosphere for your team and residents alike.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a maintenance supervisor
• Previous maintenance experience, specifically at an affordable housing property
• Certification in EPA Universal, Type 1 or Type 2
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to provide your own tools necessary for maintenance tasks

Nice to Have

• Experience in property management or facilities management
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards in maintenance
