SalesBizLab We are is seeking a dedicated Entry Level Customer Service Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about helping customers and ensuring a positive experience. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing support, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. No prior experience is required—just a willingness to learn and grow within a dynamic environment.

Job: Full time

Monday to Friday

Weekends free

Pay Range:

$1100 - $1250 weekly

THIS WILL BE AN ON-SITE JOB

Location: Atlanta, GA

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product/service information.
• Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor when communicating with clients.
• Process customer requests efficiently via phone, email, and in person.
• Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Work collaboratively with other departments to enhance the customer experience.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are addressed in a timely manner.
• Learn and stay updated on company products and services to offer accurate assistance

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor's degree is a plus).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with customer service software.
• Positive attitude and a problem-solving mindset.
• Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
