Description
Lead operational excellence that keeps primary care accessible, efficient, and patient-focused.As the Senior Director of Support Services – Primary Care, you’ll oversee front office operations, facilities coordination, and administrative support for Compass Health’s primary care services. You’ll provide leadership and guidance to regional office managers, ensuring consistent processes, quality service, and smooth day-to-day operations across multiple locations. Your leadership will help create an environment where compassionate, efficient care can thrive—strengthening our mission to make quality healthcare accessible throughout our communities.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide direction and oversight of front desk and registration operations for primary care services system-wide.
- Supervise regional office managers to ensure adequate staffing, consistent workflows, and high-quality customer service.
- Serve as a key contact for resolving escalated issues and customer concerns.
- Oversee intake documentation and ensure adherence to organizational standards.
- Coordinate and manage office space, facility operations, and procurement in collaboration with regional and IT leadership.
- Track and report on office efficiency, patient flow, and operational improvements to the VP.
- Conduct quarterly meetings with regional Office Managers and provide on-site leadership support as needed.
- Travel to Compass Health Network locations to maintain alignment with organizational standards and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements, Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
High School diploma or GED required- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field preferred
- Extensive applicable experience may substitute for degree if HS/GED is highest education obtained
- Minimum of three (3) years of customer service experience in a healthcare office setting required
- Previous supervisory experience required
- Experience with multi-line phone systems and professional phone communication preferred
- Knowledge of medical office terminology and Microsoft Office Suite preferred
- Valid, unrestricted driver’s license and agency-established minimum automobile coverage required
- Excel at balancing people leadership with operational strategy.
