- $80K to $120K – Competitive annual salary, varies based on experience.

About the Role
Conductive Consulting, LLC is hiring one Energy Engineer and are open to a range of experience levels—from Senior Energy Engineer and higher. We are looking for an experienced engineer that is ready to take their career to the next level and help build an employee owned organization. The right person will hit the ground running and confidently represent the company in client-facing meetings.
We are seeking a motivated, skilled, and personable Energy Engineer & Auditor to support and lead energy efficiency projects across the country. You will play a key role in conducting ASHRAE level audits, developing reports/models, improving business processes, and building a larger engineering team . This role requires a mix of technical expertise, strong communication, and a desire to grow with a small, mission-driven company. Key Responsibilities
- Analyze utility data to identify energy and water efficiency opportunities.
- Benchmark building performance and verify data through ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager or other relevant platforms.
- Conduct detailed energy audits to identify inefficiencies and propose recommendations for improvement.
- Review architectural, mechanical, and electrical plans and equipment specifications to evaluate current efficiency and suggest upgrades.
- Prepare comprehensive reports, including detailed analyses, graphical data representations, and recommendations for energy conservation measures (ECMs).
- Develop energy-efficient designs for systems, equipment, and processes.
- Obtain contractor bids, evaluate proposals, and manage implementation of energy conservation projects.
- Ensure projects adhere to budgets, timelines, industry standards, regulations, and approved specifications.
- Perform energy modeling, measurement, verification, and commissioning or retro-commissioning of building systems.
- Research and evaluate emerging energy technologies and recommend their adoption where applicable.
- Work closely with the leadership team to develop internal processes and procedures for energy efficiency projects.
- Train personnel and clients on energy management practices and sustainability principles.
- Translate complex technical information into accessible language for non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovative solutions and ensure client satisfaction.
