About the role:TiVo OS, smart TV giving a best-in-industry customized video experience, giving customers access to multiple video sources including their favourite streaming services and on demand content in one unified portal. What you will get to do:
- Design and execute integration, functional, regression, exploratory, and acceptance tests (manual and automated)
- Create, maintain, and execute automated test scripts (functional and non-functional)
- Prepare and review test documentation (e.g., test cases, test reports)
- Report and track defects, analyse root causes
- Cooperate closely with development teams
- Actively contribute to improving testing processes and tools
- 2–3 years of experience in software testing
- Hands-on experience with test automation
- Basics of JavaScript or TypeScript
- Experience with Puppeteer or Playwright
- Familiarity with Jenkins, GitHub, Jira, and Confluence
- Basic knowledge of UNIX-based systems
- Good spoken and written English (min. B2)
- Initiative, ownership, and sense of responsibility
- Understanding of software testing standards and methods
- Strong communication skills and openness to collaboration
- Curious and analytical mindset – eager to understand why things work, not just if they work
- Ability to visualize and explain complex logic (e.g., using diagrams)
- Experience with AI-based tools for test automation
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
- Testing experience in embedded systems
- ISTQB certification or equivalent
- English (B2+)
