Your Role Matters

As a Restaurant Associate (Server), you’ll play an important role in delivering on Atrium’s promise of exceptional hospitality, as well as the success of the hotel while delivering memorable experiences for our guests. Your responsibilities will include:

• Guest Connection & Care – Each interaction with a guest is a chance to deliver more than just a meal—it’s a chance to create a meaningful moment that makes them feel valued and welcomed
• Collaborating as a team from Kitchen to Guest – From taking orders to delivering food, you serve as the essential link that ensures the guest experience is accurate, timely, and consistently satisfying
• Demonstrating Ownership & Accountability - By taking pride in your section and staying on top of details—from condiments to cleanliness—you contribute to the smooth operation of the entire restaurant
• Safety & Policy Awareness – Following safety protocols, cleanliness standards, and regulatory compliance for food and alcohol service
• Upholding Atrium’s SPIRIT Values: Service, Perseverance, Inclusion, Respect, Innovation, and Teamwork

Experience & Qualifications:

Required:

• Licenses/Certification: Become certified within 60 days of employment on Food Safety Training and Alcohol Awareness
• Physical: Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs; able to walk and stand for duration of shift
• Other: Flexible to work day shift, early mornings, evenings, nights, weekends and holidays (as needed)

Preferred:

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience: Six months previous customer service, restaurant and/or cashier experience
