Maintenance and Facilities Associate - PT

Overview

Are you someone who enjoys fixing things, solving problems, and taking pride in a job well done? Titan Machinery is looking for a Maintenance and Facilities Associate to help maintain a safe, functional, and professional environment for our employees and customers.

 

In this role, you'll perform routine maintenance, preventative upkeep, and minor repairs throughout our facility. If you're a hands-on individual who values safety, quality, and variety in your workday, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine building maintenance and minor repairs
• Replace light bulbs, fixtures, and ballasts
• Troubleshoot and repair basic electrical, plumbing, and mechanical issues
• Repair walls, flooring, ceiling tiles, doors, locks, and other building components
• Conduct regular facility inspections to identify maintenance and safety concerns
• Assist with preventative maintenance programs for building systems
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from team members
• Maintain tools, equipment, and maintenance supplies
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors when specialized repairs are needed
• Support exterior building maintenance as needed
• Document completed maintenance activities and work orders
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures

Qualifications

Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic knowledge of general maintenance or facilities experience
• Clean Driving Record
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Organizational and multi-tasking ability

• Keen attention to detail, high level of initiative, and the ability to work independently
