Responsibilities:
- Perform daily, weekly and monthly reviews of loan processes and identify issues missed, provide in depth reporting and analytics to identify trends
- Develop comprehensive End to End test cases for reviewing various loan operations processes
- Create informative, actionable and repeatable reporting that highlights relevant error trends and opportunities for improvement
- Ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements
- Conduct insightful, ad hoc root cause analysis to investigate ongoing or one-time operational issues
- Recommend controls by identifying problems; writing improved procedures
- Suggest changes to senior management using analytics to support your recommendations. Actively participate in the implementation of approved changes
- Educate business users responsible for managing and operating business processes
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2 to 4 years of Quality review experience preferred
- 1 -2 years of Banking/Financial Services experience preferred
- Detailed-oriented with a proven history as a self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong oral presentation and written communication skills
- Ability to develop and communicate actionable insights from research findings
- Outstanding organizational and effective time management skills
- Ability to multi-task on multiple teams and projects simultaneously
- Ability to obtain, analyze and synthesize information from multiple sources
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills
- Strong proficiency in the use of MS Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Project and Visio) for reports, analysis, and presentations
