Project Manager, Jr. (3776)

SMX is actively seeking a Technical Project Manager, Junior for a full-time, remote position, supporting ACIC (travel 2 times a year to Ft. Meade once clearance is processed).

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Work directly for the TDL PM and INSCOM Lead.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess project scope, goals, and deliverables are being met.
• Facilitate effective communication between Engineers, Service Desk specialists, Logisticians, cabling SMEs and stakeholders.
• Organize and lead regular project meetings to provide updates on project status, milestones, and upcoming tasks. Provide weekly and monthly updates to TDL PM.
• Monitor project progress and address issues to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to manage expectations and address concerns.
• Write job requisitions and manage staffing of a small team.

Required Skills, Experience & Education

• Active Secret security clearance and eligibility for TS/SCI and NATO
• Detail oriented, well-organized, and methodical.
• Adaptable to rapidly changing situations and moods and appropriately determine priorities.
• Bachelor’s degree
• 2 to 5 years experience in project management or leading a small team (5-15)

Desired Skills, Experience

• Experience with Army Intel programs
• DoD 8140 / 8570.01-m requirements met and current
