We are looking for a part time working student (Werstudent) based in our Ismaning office near Munich, Ansys is world leader in simulation software for engineers. Candidates must be registered as a student in a Munich based university and live in the Munich area
Summary / Role Purpose
The intern will work closely with project managers to provide coordination and administrative support for various projects within the project management office. This role requires a good level of coordination and support across multiple related projects, and a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Support the project management office in:
- Consolidation of internal and external processes for project management (associated documents and tools) from Pre-Sales toward Execution
- Collaboration with internal stakeholders to collect lessons learned from engagements with partners and support continuous improvement
- Generate metrics for data analysis through available tools and database
- Understand the Sales and Delivery cycle of Ansys solutions and create materials to leverage internal adoption and ramp-up new teams.
- Prepare required presentation materials for meetings in coordination with project team members.
- Assist in gathering status for various projects to put reports and dashboards in place.
- Coordinate meetings and maintain project calendars.
- Assist the Project Managers on various project related activities such as communication, status reporting, etc.
- Work with various project team members to ensure all project documentation is stored and maintained on the project team site.
- Prepare presentations and/or talking points for regional employee communications.
Minimum Education/Certification Requirements and Experience
- Excellent communication in English (speaking and written) – Any other language is a plus (good written skills).
- Polished communication skills: proven ability to effectively communicate with individuals at all levels within the organization.
- Strong interpersonal skills coupled with the ability to effectively network and partner throughout the organization.
