Pediatric Gastroenterology - Dartmouth Health Children’s
The Children’s Hospital at Dartmouth-Hitchcock (CHaD) seeks a Pediatric Gastroenterologist to join our section. Candidates for this position must demonstrate excellent clinical skills and a passion for teaching in an academic health system. Candidates at any stage of their career will be considered. Recent graduates and early career physicians are encouraged to apply. Academic career development will be supported and may include research, quality improvement, education, or program development.
Applicants must be board certified or board eligible in Pediatric Gastroenterology, as well as eligible for a faculty appointment at the Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth. Academic rank and salary will be commensurate with experience.
Our Pediatric Gastroenterology program will consist of Physicians, APPs, Dietitians, Nurses, as well as a GI Psychologist providing a full range of services at DH locations in New Hampshire. This position will expand the team by 1.0 FTE and will be based in our Lebanon, NH location. Inpatient consultations and call at DHMC will be shared amongst the providers.
Clinical services are anchored in an acuity adaptable inpatient unit located at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center in Lebanon, NH. Qualifications
- Advanced clinical degree (MD or DO)
- Post graduate training in residency program
Required Licensure/Certifications
- Current New Hampshire Medical License
- Current or eligible for ABMS Board Certification (to be obtained within 5 years)
