About the Role
Manager, Tax- Corporate & International StrategyLanzaJet is looking for a highly motivated Manager to lead the Corporate & International Tax Strategy of our growing business. As a key player in the Lanzajet Finance organization, you will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to support the global expansion and corporate tax strategy.
Responsibilities
- International Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with international tax laws and reporting obligations.
- Federal and State Tax Compliance: Manage U.S. federal, state, and local tax filings, including corporate income, franchise, and sales taxes.
- Tax Planning & Strategy: Develop tax-efficient strategies for both domestic and international operations, ensuring optimal tax outcomes.
- Transfer Pricing Management: Coordinate transfer pricing policies and documentation, including intercompany agreements and pricing studies.
