Apply now for the position of Sr Analyst, Commercial Contract Manager, and you will join our Enterprise Services Finance team based in Cary, NC or Malvern, PA.In this role, you will play a key part in shaping strategic Value Partnerships, commercial agreements, and GPO (Group Purchasing Organization) contracts for the U.S. market, supporting the full Siemens Healthineers portfolio. Your contributions will help enhance patient care, drive financial growth, and foster innovative solutions that transform healthcare.
This is a hybrid position in our Cary, NC or Malvern, PA office.
Your Role:
Providing effective and efficient financial, pricing and contract review during the negotiation of commercial contracts and GPO agreements.
Responsible for supporting the management of various contract templates to support the business and implement approved Contract Strategies and will be responsible for supporting terms and conditions redlines for commercial contracts.
Work closely with the Sales, Corporate Accounts Managers, Sr. Management, Legal, Business Line Executives and customers, in the development and implementation of strategy, policies, procedures, and processes.
Collaborate in identifying best practices, process improvements and supporting strategic initiatives to improve turnaround time processes and workflows.
Responsibilities include obtaining internal approval through LOA (Limit of Authority) process, coordination of terms and conditions changes, identifying potential gaps, ensuring contracts are aligned to strategy, customer negotiations, sharing best practices and recommending solutions to improve customer experience.
Supporting Sales and Legal on reviewing & the preparation of RFI/RFPs, offer and pricing development, terms & conditions review, customer negotiation and contract handover. These contracts include, but are not limited to, sales, pricing, rebate, rentals, amendments, agreements for IDN’s and GPO’s, Hospitals, including capital and operational sales agreements.
Your Expertise:
Review contract requests and collaborate with sales and marketing to develop offers that meet customer needs and align with commercial strategy.
Manages internal offer and pricing review and LOA approval processes.
In collaboration with Legal and Sales, prepares contracts, amendments and notices in accordance with contracting guidelines and approved templates for GPO’s, IDN’s, etc.
Supports preparation, review and execution of RFI’s and RFP’s for GPO’s, IDN’s, etc.
Reviews and redlines terms and conditions in collaboration with contracts managers, legal, and other internal partners
In collaboration with Sales and Legal, perform the Agreement handover to all internal operational partners
In collaboration with Business Lines and Customer Services, manages pricing strategy including analysis, price integrity, implementation and customer communication
Analyze and assess financial aspects such as pricing, payment terms, interest rates, and other financial considerations.
Meets as needed with customers, account executives, sales management, legal department and others to align on agreement requirements, terms and conditions review.
Reviews requests for pricing exceptions with management, legal, finance, marketing
Maintain an organized and up-to-date contract repository, ensuring that all relevant documents and records are easily accessible, throughout internal contract management system.
Monitor contract expiration dates and renewal options, and take appropriate action as needed
Facilitate audits and compliance testing by validating data and providing supporting documentation.
Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to next management level.
Responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State, local and Company regulations, policies, and procedures.
Maintain and update SOPs and Work Instructions.
Supports in the preparation of complex bids or tenders for project business.
Performs other duties assigned as needed.
