PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversees varying levels of complex M&A activities for the HR function, managing timelines with key stakeholders and ensuring deliverables align with company goals and values.
- Leads the creation and continuous improvement of M&A Due Diligence & Integration playbooks for the HR function, inclusive of comprehensive communication plans and templates.
- Supports policy standardization initiatives and corrective data analysis to determine impact, ensure compliance and best practices. Designs and develops business reports to capture key metrics and trends.
- Manages the monthly processes related to employee programs, ensuring proper documentation and timely execution.
- Utilizes existing knowledge of compensation and benefits, evaluate the impact of potential program changes from an employee & financial perspective and makes recommendations for changes as needed.
- Prepares conditional offers & facilitates background check process for potential employees related to the M&A Process.
- Works effectively with other compensation team members, , the HR Operations, Talent Acquisition and HRBP professionals on projects as assigned.
- Coordinates the relocation benefits, including developing communication materials, ensuring all HR teams are fulfilling their duties, analysis of benefit offerings and also assists in administration and communication of Paid Time Off (PTO) plans.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Keen knowledge of project management with a proven track record of managing complex transactions and initiatives.
- Knowledge of compensation and benefits strategies.
- Advanced organizational and analytical skills.
- Ability to organize data for presentations with clarity and insight, building a cohesive story.
- Collaborative team member with experience in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- 4 - 7 Years of Overall Relevant work experience
- Managing complex and multi-functional projects, preferably within an HR organization, with a focus on standardizing deliverables and using data to drive business outcomes.
