Quality Assurance RN - Outpatient Surgery

Be the guardian of safety and excellence in surgical care. As a Quality Assurance RN – Outpatient Surgery, you play a pivotal role in strengthening both quality assurance and infection prevention practices, ensuring every patient experience is safe, compliant, and exceptional.

In this high-impact role, you will lead efforts that reduce risk, prevent infections, and elevate care standards—transforming data and oversight into real-world improvements that protect patients and empower clinical teams.

The Quality Assurance Registered Nurse (RN) works under the direction of the Redmond ASC Medical Director and Nurse Manager. This position provides assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of quality and system resources and processes, to support the Redmond ASC. Should aide in compliance with all associated regulatory agency requirements (agencies may include but are not limited to: Centers for Medicare/Medicaid Services (CMS), Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care (AAAHC), Department of Health (DOH) and to support Redmond ASC clinical practice that reflects professional standards.

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in graduate of accredited school of registered nursing.
• Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.

Preferred qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in graduate of accredited school of registered nursing.
• 2 years of Quality nurse experience and/or 2 years relevant experience.
• 2 years of Infection Prevention experience and/or 2 years relevant experience.
