Job Description

THE ROLE: Associate Producer, Content Creation (Temporary)

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Associate Producer to join our Creative Content Group (CCG) Team. The Associate Producer will play a critical role in the production process, working closely with producers and senior leadership to ensure the successful execution of all assigned episodes and projects. This role requires excellent organizational skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

MORE ABOUT WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Collaboration & Reporting: 

• Report directly to the Senior Associate Producer (Senior AP). 

• Work closely with producers on all assigned episodes to ensure alignment on creative vision and project goals. 

Task Management: 

• Oversee and update Airtable tasks for each episode, ensuring all team members are informed of deadlines, progress, and responsibilities. 

• Monitor task completion and provide updates to the Senior AP and producers as needed. 

Episode Production: 

• Assist in planning and coordinating production schedules, resources, and deliverables. 

• Support producers in managing workflows and troubleshooting challenges during the production process. 

Communication: 

• Serve as a liaison between the production team and other departments to facilitate collaboration and resolve issues. 

• Maintain clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met. 

Quality Assurance: 

• Review and provide feedback on production elements to ensure they meet the creative and technical standards of the CCG Team. 

• Assist in the preparation and delivery of final assets for distribution. 

 

Additional Responsibilities: 

• Maintain detailed records of project progress and key decisions. 

• Contribute to brainstorming sessions and provide creative input as needed. 

• Stay informed about industry trends, tools, and best practices to enhance production efficiency. 

 

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3- years production/post-production experience
