THE ROLE: Associate Producer, Content Creation (Temporary)
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Associate Producer to join our Creative Content Group (CCG) Team. The Associate Producer will play a critical role in the production process, working closely with producers and senior leadership to ensure the successful execution of all assigned episodes and projects. This role requires excellent organizational skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

MORE ABOUT WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Collaboration & Reporting:
Report directly to the Senior Associate Producer (Senior AP).
Work closely with producers on all assigned episodes to ensure alignment on creative vision and project goals.
Task Management:
Oversee and update Airtable tasks for each episode, ensuring all team members are informed of deadlines, progress, and responsibilities.
Monitor task completion and provide updates to the Senior AP and producers as needed.
Episode Production:
Assist in planning and coordinating production schedules, resources, and deliverables.
Support producers in managing workflows and troubleshooting challenges during the production process.
Communication:
Serve as a liaison between the production team and other departments to facilitate collaboration and resolve issues.
Maintain clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.
Quality Assurance:
Review and provide feedback on production elements to ensure they meet the creative and technical standards of the CCG Team.
Assist in the preparation and delivery of final assets for distribution.
Additional Responsibilities:
Maintain detailed records of project progress and key decisions.
Contribute to brainstorming sessions and provide creative input as needed.
Stay informed about industry trends, tools, and best practices to enhance production efficiency.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
3- years production/post-production experience
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail.
