Summary
This role provides development, implementation, documentation, and project management support for Factory development and process training initiatives. Also provides technical support for Factory developmental processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provides program and documentation management support for factory programs.
- Conducts needs assessments using a variety of methods (focus groups, surveys, etc.) with groups/divisions/locations to identify and prioritize developmental needs and partners with business stakeholders to identify appropriate solutions.
- Contributes to the development of online and instructor-led learning solutions to support the implementation of business and factory initiatives.
- Facilitates and manages factory wide learning programs.
- Contributes to cross-functional teams exploring new technologies to address/identify gaps and provide for standardization and optimization.
- Is responsible for supporting, managing, or implementing Food Safety and Product Quality standards.
Typical Education
Bachelor's Degree (B.A. or B.S.) from 4 year college or university
Relevant Experience
1+ years related experience and/or training

This is a night shift from 6pm - 6am.
