BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a full-time Clinical Manager (New Jersey RN required) to join our Central Review Team. This position is remote but requires the ability to travel 4x per quarter within the New Jersey area.

Responsibilities for a Clinical Manager:
- Work remotely on our Central Review team to review start of cares, recertifications, and discharges.
- Audit Homecare Homebase charts
- Ensure adherence to policies and procedures
- Review clinical documentation, including OASIS and care plan coding
- Monitor episodic utilization
- Act as internal case manager and client advocate
- Participate in hiring, interviewing and orientation of field staff
- Participate in on-going education, evaluation and development of field staff
- Ensure accurate and timely case management, including supervision, authorization management and interdisciplinary communication
- Monitor Quality Assurance
- Create a warm, organized and welcoming environment grounded in customer service
Qualifications for a Clinical Manager:
- Experience auditing Homecare Homebase (HCHB) charts highly preferred
- Must be able to travel 4x per quarter within the state of New Jersey.
- Current Registered Nursing license in New Jersey in good standing
- Minimum of two (2) years as a Registered Nurse
- Prior clinical and managerial experience within a Medicare Certified Home Health agency
- Comprehensive knowledge of OASIS and the Medicare Conditions of Participation for Home Health
- Strong clinical assessment and case management skills
- Demonstrated success working independently while taking on increased responsibilities
- Ambition to grow and advance beyond current position
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
- Prior experience with electronic medical record documentation and reporting systems
