Primary Responsibilities:

• Keep swimmers safe with lifeguard supervision
• Coach swim instructors to provide extraordinary lessons
• Oversee the aquatics systems
• Uphold the Aquatics Values and Standards
• Ensure student progress and satisfaction

Job Qualifications and Skills:

• Ability to work with children
• Reputable leadership and supervising experience
• Strong work ethic
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• High energy
• Must pass background examinations prior to training

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.50 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Every weekend
• Monday to Friday

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Supervising: 2 year (Required)
• Aquatics: 1 year (Required)

Ability to Relocate:

• Springfield, NJ 07081: Relocate before starting work (Required)

Work Location: In person Compensation: $18.50 - $19.00 per hour
