About the opportunity  

We’re looking for a Freight Handler / Yard Truck Driver to join our diverse and hard-working team. With e-commerce booming, our freight handlers are the folks making sure consignments are correctly loaded so we can get deliveries out to our customers, fast. Main duties including Freight Handling plus, as required, you'll be driving a manual transmission HC Yard Truck.

How we’ll deliver for you

• Permanent full time position
• Monday to Friday 
• 2.30pm - 10.30pm (overtime pre or post shift as required)
• $36.01ph = $30.65ph (base rate) + $5.36ph (17.5% PM shift loading) = Freight Handler duties
• $39.26ph = $33.41ph (base rate) + $5.85ph (17.5% shift allowance) = Higher duties when operating HC Yard Truck
• + 12% superannuation rate
• + Leave entitlements (eg. Annual, Sick, Long service etc)
• + RDO

Mandatory licence

• Heavy Combination licence (HC)
• Able to drive manual transmission HC Truck (assessment will be required)

You’ll be

• Using your strong work ethic to help us keep delivering great service 
• Handloading parcels and cartons from conveyor belts into trucks, ready for our drivers to head out on the road 
• Unloading trucks when drivers get back to the warehouse 
• Wrapping freight by hand or using a shrink wrapper (you know - like the ones at t
