Global Category Analyst - Logistics & Capex

You will be based at The Island, our office in central Paris.<p></p><p><u>Your objectives</u></p><ul><li><p>Provide Advanced Data analysis to support categories strategy development and roadmap</p></li><li><p>Identify, sizes and monitor value creation initiatives including year-over-year margin improvements, security of supply and sustainability </p></li><li><p>Provide Visibility on volume forecast &amp; analysis </p></li><li><p>Propose &amp; Maintain efficient internal processes, provide analytical support and manage performance reporting</p></li><li><p>The position reports directly to the Category Director of Logistics &amp; Capex </p></li></ul><p></p><p><u>Your key missions</u></p><p>Provides analytical support to Category Director</p><ul><li><p>Supports strategy setting &amp; initiatives monitoring with suppliers via data collection/consolidation, analysis and updating/challenging negotiation strategy when appropriate</p></li><li><p>Provides fit-for-purpose Advanced analysis for Logistics &amp; Capex categories</p></li><li><p>Performs regular spend database analysis, provides regular categories specific reports and updates on relevant KPIs</p></li><li><p>Provides Volume forecast analysis &amp; monitor current volume trend vs contract </p></li><li><p>Review data accuracy with Affiliates / Categories</p></li></ul><p></p><p>Supports suppliers' selection, development &amp; risk analysis</p><ul><li><p>Performs price comparisons and attribute comparison as well as financial supplier monitoring to allow good sourcing decisions</p></li></ul><p></p><p>Support Category Director of Logistics &amp; Capex to provide adhoc data analysis</p><p></p><p>Support global budgeting &amp; performance/pipeline tracking process for categories</p><p></p><p>Actively participate to the Pernod Ricard Procurement transformation</p><ul><li><p>By contributing to Procurement digital tools implementation and Procurement performance dashboards to deliver spend visibility to internal stakeholders</p></li><li><p>Follows market inflation analysis when required</p></li><li><p>Be referent for digital tools, sharing expertise and promoting usage / adoption</p></li></ul><p></p><p><u>Your organizational relationships</u></p><p></p>Category Director : Work closely with Category Director of Logistics &amp; CapexInternal stakeholders :<ul><li>Peers from Procurement Center of Excellence, Direct &amp; Indirect procurement and other HQ functions (Supply Chain, Sustainability, Quality, Health &amp; Safety, Engineering)</li><li>Affiliate Brand Directors/Managers &amp; Supply Chain Directors</li><li>Affiliate Procurement managers and buyers </li><li>IT / Digital Team</li><li>Central and affiliate Finance teams</li></ul><p></p><p>If you recognize yourself in the description below, don’t wait to apply!</p><ul><li>You have at least 2 years' professional experience in a procurement organization</li><li>Your experience in working within FMCG multi-cultural organizations is a plus </li><li>You have good command of Excel and knowledge of Power BI would be a real plus</li><li>You speak fluently English; French is a plus. </li><li>You have strong analytic and technical skills; you are data-driven </li><li>You have advanced problem-solving and analytical skills, strong IT competence</li><li>You have good understanding of financial and commercial context of business</li><li>You have strong communication skills: verbal and presenting</li><li>You have practical experience and capabilities in digital &amp; advanced data analytics &amp; e-sourcing tools</li><li>Open-minded and keen to develop and learn new things</li><li>Self-motivated and ready to take responsibility</li><li>Excellent stakeholder management &amp; alignment capability</li></ul><p></p><p>Wait, there’s more…</p><p>We offer you an outstanding and collaborative workplace that embodies our sharing &amp; conviviality culture, the possibility to work from home (2 days a week), a very complete mutual insurance, an attractive compensation including profit-sharing, the possibility to train daily, employee events…</p><p></p><p>Pernod Ricard values diversity and solidarity within its organization and in its relations with stakeholders.
