About the Team
In line with the globalization strategy and vision of the company, the Global Payments team builds a platform to provide cross-border payment solutions for all TikTok's products and services, that are growing rapidly worldwide.

What You'll Do
As a Product Manager specializing in Platform and Tooling, you will lead the design, development, and implementation of innovative tools and platforms designed to optimize operational efficiency for Global Payment internal teams. Your role will involve aligning product strategies with operational goals, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, and delivering impactful solutions that streamline processes and enhance user experiences. In this role, you will gather and translate complex operational requirements into actionable product specifications, partner with UX/UI designers to develop intuitive interfaces, and prioritize the development of critical features such as rule configuration and user information updates. By leveraging data-driven insights, you will define and measure key performance metrics to ensure product success and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:
- Product Design and Implementation: lead the strategy, development, and launch of innovative tooling products for Global Payment internal operation teams, aligning with operational team's goals and needs
- Collaborative Product Development: collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, data analytics, and marketing, to ensure successful product outcomes from concept to deployment;
- Platform & Tooling Capacity and Utilization: gather requirements from operational teams and define detailed specifications. Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive interfaces. Prioritize and manage the development of key features for rule configuration and user information updates.
- Research & Investigations: define and analyze key performance metrics to measure product success and make data-driven decisions for future enhancements.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in product management in platform and tool development
- Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and driving innovation on behalf of internal and external stakeholders
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to evaluate assumptions, make recommendations and decisions, and drive execution.
- Ability to thrive in a cross-functional environment while balancing multiple responsibilities, scoping projects, evaluating priorities, and effectively working well within a team

- Creativity and passion for creating effective tools and driving operational efficiency
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and positive environment, managing multiple projects with tight deadlines
