Financial Compliance & Continuous Improvement Sr. Associate

What you will need to be succeed :

• Professional Experience: A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in fields such as accounting, internal audit, or finance.
• Financial Risk Proficiency: A solid understanding of financial risk contexts and the ability to assess and mitigate financial risks effectively.
• ERP Knowledge: Proficiency in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and their components, with a demonstrated ability to manage and oversee ERP functionalities.
• Strong Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address compliance and financial issues.
• Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, essential for interacting with cross-functional teams, departments, and stakeholders.
• Compliance Expertise: A proven track record in ensuring compliance with financial standards and regulations.
